This is a hands-on service position working with residential and commercial customers throughout Metro Detroit. The right electrician will combine technical ability with preparation, cleanliness, honest communication and respect for every property.

What you will do

The responsibilities below define the primary focus of this position. Actual assignments depend on customer needs, licensing responsibilities and approved company procedures.

• Diagnose and repair electrical problems with care, accuracy and professionalism
• Perform electrical installations, upgrades and service work in accordance with applicable code, approved scope and customer expectations
• Present clear findings and practical options without overstating what has been confirmed
• Collaborate with the Landmark team to deliver consistent service and documentation
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas, vehicles and customer spaces
• Represent Landmark Electric professionally on every service call

• Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician license
• Residential and commercial service, repair and installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability, work ethic and attention to detail
• Clear customer-service and team communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable and prepared to represent a trusted local brand
• Own the hand tools required for the role
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company-insurance requirements

Compensation, benefits and schedule

Compensation: Starting at $125,000+ based on experience, plus full benefits and incentives.

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with occasional emergency or weekend availability based on customer needs and the position's responsibilities.
