Electrical service built around informed decisions
Landmark’s first responsibility is to educate its customers. Homeowners should not have to approve electrical work they do not understand. Landmark starts with the reported condition, carefully evaluates the relevant accessible system, shows or explains the supported findings and helps the customer understand how those findings affect the available solutions.
Clear, solution-focused options are based on the on-site evaluation and professional experience, then priced in advance. If field conditions reveal a different scope, the change is explained before additional work moves forward.
Address the cause—not only the visible effect
We do not believe in repairing only the visible effect when the condition that caused it can also be resolved. When the underlying cause can reasonably be identified and corrected, we find it, explain it, and address it. That is our job—to solve the right problem, protect the customer from repeated failures, and go further where others may have stopped.
Some conditions are intermittent, concealed or outside the accessible system and may require extended diagnosis or additional access. Landmark explains those limits instead of presenting an unsupported answer. When testing supports a correctable underlying cause, the proposed option is designed to address the right problem and reduce the likelihood of a repeated failure.
