Two systems, two defined maintenance scopes
Home electrical maintenance and generator maintenance address different equipment. Landmark keeps the scopes separate so an electrical membership is not represented as generator service and generator maintenance is not assumed to inspect the home's complete electrical system.
The written plan controls
Each home electrical plan is a 12-month agreement. Monthly billing is a 12-payment option, not a month-to-month membership. Before Landmark performs the included annual service or applies a monetary plan benefit, any unpaid balance for the current term must be paid in full. Plan documents identify renewal, cancellation, discount eligibility, service-fee benefits and exclusions. Repairs, replacement components, batteries and materials are separately authorized and priced.
Frequently asked questions
Does a home electrical plan include generator maintenance?
Generator maintenance is not included automatically. Home electrical members may add one annual Generator Essential Maintenance Service at the discounted member rate of $249 per year under its own generator-specific scope, or review the standalone generator tiers on the generator plans page.
Does Standard include a repair discount or priority scheduling?
No. Standard carries a 0% repair discount and no priority-scheduling benefit.
What discounts apply to Plus and Premium?
Plus provides a 5% eligible member discount and Premium provides a 10% eligible member discount, subject to the current written plan terms.
Do plan benefits override the service agreement?
The plan agreement controls plan-specific benefits; Landmark's service terms control the electrical work unless expressly modified in writing.
