About Landmark Electric

Community Involvement

Supporting Michigan organizations that create safety, stability, healing and hope for children, families and veterans in the communities we serve.

Local service should strengthen the place we call home

Being a local company means more than serving homes and businesses. Landmark works throughout Oakland and Macomb counties and select Wayne County communities, so the challenges facing local children, families and veterans affect our neighbors.

Landmark is proud to highlight three independent Michigan nonprofits whose work creates meaningful help close to home: Vets Returning Home, CARE House of Oakland County and The Rainbow Connection.

Donations go directly to each organization

Landmark Electric does not collect, process or retain donations through this website. Every Donate button leads to the organization’s official giving page, where that nonprofit processes the contribution under its own policies.

Organizations Landmark supports

Three Michigan missions making a difference

Roseville, Michigan

Vets Returning Home

Vets Returning Home provides a clean, safe and sober living environment for veterans in crisis while helping each person address barriers to a stable civilian life. Its work includes housing, essential needs, employment readiness, benefit connections, legal support and practical life-skills assistance.

Why Landmark supports this work

Those who served our country deserve dignity, practical support and a genuine path forward. We support Vets Returning Home because its work combines immediate safety with tools that help local veterans rebuild independence.

Oakland County, Michigan

CARE House of Oakland County

CARE House is Oakland County’s child advocacy center. Its work brings prevention, education, advocacy and treatment together to protect children, support families and promote healing after abuse or trauma.

Why Landmark supports this work

Safety is the foundation of every strong home and community. We support CARE House because children deserve to be heard, protected and given compassionate help, and because prevention and healing create a safer future for families throughout Oakland County.

Rochester, Michigan

The Rainbow Connection

The Rainbow Connection grants wishes and provides continuing support to Michigan children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families. Its programs create meaningful experiences while extending care before, during and after a wish.

Why Landmark supports this work

Families facing a child’s serious illness carry burdens no family should navigate alone. We support The Rainbow Connection because hope, joy and lasting memories matter, and because its Michigan-centered mission reminds families that their community stands beside them.

More than one way to help

Support can include a direct contribution, volunteering, providing currently requested goods, attending an event or sharing an organization’s mission. Visit each organization’s official website for its current needs and guidelines before arranging support.
