If you opt in, Landmark may send messages concerning current or past service, scheduling, satisfaction surveys, NPS requests, qualitative feedback, public-review invitations, service-related information and, where permitted, limited promotional messages.

4.2 Mobile Information Is Not Sold or Shared for Marketing

We do not sell, rent or share a mobile phone number, text-message consent information or opt-out status for third-party or affiliate marketing. This information may be shared only with service providers that help deliver text messages, such as messaging platforms and carriers, or when required by law.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No Internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Email, text and chat communications may not be encrypted end to end. Do not send sensitive information through those channels. Contact Landmark promptly if you believe an interaction is no longer secure.
8. Links and Embedded Third-Party Services
The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Housecall Pro, Google Maps and Business Profile, RealWork Labs, financing providers and social platforms. We do not control their content, privacy practices or security. Review the policy of each service you use.
9. Children's Privacy
The website and Programs are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can take appropriate steps.
10. Employment Applications
Landmark's secure employment form collects the selected position, applicable Michigan license information, name, address, phone, email, availability, job-related experience, acknowledgments and an optional résumé. We use that information to evaluate qualifications, verify licensing, communicate about hiring, maintain employment records and meet legal obligations.
Applicant information is limited to people and service providers involved in recruiting, security, retention and legal compliance. It is not sold or used for customer marketing. Employment phone numbers are not enrolled in customer promotional messaging through the employment application.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, birth dates, driver's-license numbers or images, medical information or other sensitive identity documents through the initial application. Send employment privacy, correction and accommodation requests to employment@call-landmark.com.
11. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer Programs, maintain business or employment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued website use or Program participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
