Start with the equipment and electrical requirements
A reliable equipment circuit begins with complete nameplate and installation information. Landmark reviews voltage, phase, frequency, full-load current, minimum circuit ampacity, maximum overcurrent protection, starting or inrush characteristics, disconnect requirements, connection method and manufacturer instructions before finalizing the circuit.
The building side is reviewed as well: available panel capacity, breaker compatibility, conductor and raceway route, grounding and bonding, fault-current considerations, access, required penetrations and the effect of shutdowns on other operations.

Connection, startup and responsibility boundaries
Landmark’s scope may end at a receptacle, disconnect, junction box, whip or equipment terminal depending on the project. The written proposal identifies the connection point and whether startup assistance, control wiring or coordination with an equipment representative is included.
Internal equipment repair, process controls, gas piping, refrigeration, network configuration and manufacturer commissioning are not assumed to be electrical-installation work. They remain with the equipment supplier or appropriate trade unless separately accepted in writing.
Capacity changes and future equipment
When the existing panel or service cannot support the proposed load, Landmark can prepare an option for distribution or service changes. Future-load planning should be based on known equipment rather than reserving unspecified capacity that may not match the eventual voltage, phase or demand.
Permit, inspection and shutdown requirements are identified from the installation and municipality. Customer-provided equipment information must be accurate before materials are ordered or the connection is energized.
