Call instead for urgent conditions
For burning odor, active sparking, hot electrical equipment, partial power, storm damage, after-hours service or a same-day request, call so Landmark can assess urgency before dispatch. For active fire or smoke, leave the area and call 911 first.
What happens after your request

- An office representative contacts you to confirm the appointment or arrange another available time
- Only an office-confirmed appointment is placed on a technician's schedule
- The standard $79 dispatch and on-site evaluation charge is explained before the visit and waived when approved work proceeds
