About Landmark Electric

Service Guarantee & Warranties

A clear explanation of Landmark’s service promise, standard written coverage and enhanced protection for qualifying panel installations.

A promise should be clear enough to rely on

Landmark stands behind approved work through the satisfaction and written warranty terms that apply to the service. The goal is simple: complete the authorized scope professionally, communicate clearly and address a covered concern rather than leaving the customer uncertain about the next step.

The approved estimate, invoice and applicable warranty documents control the exact equipment, labor, access requirements, exclusions and remedy. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Standard service coverage

Landmark’s standard service work generally includes one-year labor and supplied-parts coverage, subject to the written terms for the project. Coverage does not extend to customer-supplied equipment, misuse, external damage, inaccessible conditions, unrelated system failures or work altered by others unless the project documents state otherwise.

Qualifying panel installation protection

Qualifying Landmark panel installations include a 15-year panel warranty and one year of home electrical maintenance membership coverage. The proposal and completed project documents identify the qualifying installation and exact benefits.

Panel coverage does not mean every circuit, connected appliance, utility component or unrelated wiring condition is covered. Landmark evaluates the reported issue and applies the written terms to the actual condition.

How to request warranty service

Call 586-405-0227 or email help@call-landmark.com with the service address, approximate work date and a description of the concern. Safe access to the installed work is required. Do not remove panel covers or disturb equipment to document a claim.

Frequently asked questions

What comes with a qualifying panel installation?
