Translate the planned space into an electrical scope
A tenant improvement can change lighting, receptacle placement, equipment loads, controls, emergency egress, panel demand and the way occupants use the space. Landmark reviews the available plans, field conditions, equipment schedules and responsibilities of the owner, tenant, general contractor and other trades before defining the electrical work.
When drawings are incomplete, the proposal identifies the assumptions used and the information still required. Final equipment selections, furniture layouts and reflected ceiling plans can materially change circuit routes, quantities and controls.

Coordination and change control

Landmark’s completion applies to the approved electrical scope. Finish repair, painting, cabinetry, equipment programming and work by other trades remain separate unless specifically included.
