Twelve monthly payments total $395.88. Monthly billing is a 12-payment annual agreement, not a month-to-month membership.

Review the controlling plan and payment terms

Plan benefits, eligibility, service limits, fees and exclusions are described on the applicable maintenance-plan page and in the enrollment agreement accepted at checkout.

Repairs, replacement parts, batteries, diagnostic work, permits and work outside the stated maintenance scope are not included unless expressly listed. Purchasing a plan or service does not automatically schedule an appointment.
