After evaluating the actual condition, the electrician explains the supported findings and presents written flat-rate options. The customer chooses whether and how to proceed before the selected work begins.
Conditions outside the original scope
Special access, extended diagnostics, permits, after-hours response, finish repair, utility work and conditions discovered after opening approved access points are included only when stated. Any additional scope is explained before it is authorized.
