Qualifying Landmark panel installations include a 15-year panel warranty and one year of home electrical maintenance membership coverage. The approved proposal and final project documents identify the qualifying equipment, included work, access requirements and exact coverage.
The enhanced panel warranty applies to the covered installation; it does not automatically extend to every existing circuit, appliance, utility-owned component or unrelated wiring condition in the property.
Written terms control the warranty
Warranty service begins with an evaluation of the reported condition. Coverage depends on the installed equipment, approved scope and written terms. External damage, misuse, customer-supplied equipment, inaccessible conditions, alterations by others and unrelated failures are not assumed to be covered.

Call 586-405-0227 with the service address, approximate installation date and a description of the concern. Do not remove the panel cover or disturb energized equipment to document a claim.
