Benefits beyond the annual visit
Plus is $329 when paid annually or 12 monthly payments of $32.99 ($395.88 total). It includes the Annual Electrical Safety & System Check, enhanced priority, a 5% eligible-work discount and waiver of the standard $79 dispatch and evaluation fee for regular service during normal business hours.
Plus emergency service rates
A qualifying same-day electrical emergency received and accepted by 2:00 PM on a normal business day and serviced by 5:00 PM has a discounted $79 emergency service fee. Emergency service performed after 5:00 PM is $189. Service after 10:00 PM and on Landmark-observed major holidays is $189. Priority and same-day service are subject to availability and do not guarantee an arrival time.
Discounts apply only where the plan says they apply
The member discount does not automatically reduce permits, third-party charges, financing fees, special-order equipment, subcontracted work or other excluded items. The written plan and approved repair option control.
Priority is not an arrival-time guarantee
Enhanced priority affects Landmark's scheduling order but remains subject to safety, geography, call volume, technician availability and conditions outside the company's control.
