The highest electrical membership tier
Premium is $499 when paid annually or 12 monthly payments of $49.99 ($599.88 total). It includes the Annual Electrical Safety & System Check, front-of-line scheduling priority, a 10% eligible-work discount and waiver of the standard $79 dispatch and evaluation fee for regular service during normal business hours.
Front-of-line priority has practical limits
Priority affects Landmark's scheduling order but does not override active life-safety emergencies, utility access, severe weather, geographic limits or conditions outside Landmark's control.
Coverage must remain documented
The current agreement defines the coverage term, continuity requirements, included work and exclusions. A membership is not an unlimited warranty for existing equipment or unrelated failures.
