Generac and Honeywell maintenance
Model-specific service using genuine Generac maintenance parts.
Landmark's qualifying one-time service and annual plans cover residential air-cooled Generac and Honeywell standby generators up to 26 kW. Honeywell whole-home units use Generac-engineered internal components; the exact kit and procedure are verified from model and serial information.

Maintenance follows the generator model and operating hours
A calendar reminder is useful, but the generator's model-specific manual and operating hours control required maintenance. A prolonged outage can reach an oil or inspection interval before the next annual visit, and break-in service can occur earlier on applicable equipment.
Landmark records the generator information and service condition available during the visit. Maintenance does not erase stored faults, correct an active no-start condition or guarantee future operation when diagnosis or repair is required.

Choose one-time essential service or an annual plan
The $289 One-Time Generac or Honeywell Essential Maintenance service covers the core oil, filter and spark-plug work without membership, automatic renewal, comprehensive inspection, battery testing, automatic load-transfer testing, priority or repair discounts. Qualifying home electrical plan members may add that essential service at the approved member rate.
Standard, Plus and Premium generator plans add defined inspection, testing, documentation, priority, dispatch and discount benefits. The current comparison and enrollment agreement control plan pricing, limits, renewal and exclusions.
Additional maintenance and repairs require approval
Schedule B work, valve-clearance service where applicable, battery replacement, extended-runtime service, Mobile Link setup, cold-weather equipment, transfer or load-management repairs and fuel-system diagnosis are not assumed in the core maintenance price.
Landmark explains the observed need and obtains authorization before separately priced work proceeds. Fuel piping or regulator changes remain separately quoted and may require another licensed trade.

How often should a Generac or Honeywell standby generator be maintained?
Use the maintenance schedule for the exact model and engine together with operating hours. Annual service is common, but break-in or prolonged-outage runtime can create an earlier requirement.
Does the one-time $289 service include an automatic transfer test?
No. It includes a brief start-and-run verification and return to AUTO. The functional automatic transfer test and broader condition review are included in the defined generator maintenance plans.
Is generator repair included with maintenance?
No, unless the accepted agreement expressly states otherwise. Alarms, no-start conditions, failed batteries, transfer faults, parts and extended diagnosis require separate authorization.

Your $79 dispatch and evaluation charge covers sending an electrical professional to your property and the initial on-site evaluation.
