The applicant's name, credential type and license number may be sent to an authorized credential-verification service solely to confirm the applicable Michigan record. Landmark limits access to people and service providers involved in recruiting, verification, security, record retention and legal compliance. Landmark does not sell applicant information or use it for customer marketing.

Applications are retained for the period required by applicable employment-record rules and may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for an active hiring decision, a legal obligation or a dispute. Landmark reviews stored applications for secure deletion when the business or legal need ends.
